About Coach Julie

My life has been filled with highs and lows.  Any one of those lows could have sent me on a down-ward spiral of depression and

stagnation; but deep within I knew I had to find a way to push through whatever I was going through. Can you relate?

Whenever life threw me a curve ball, I pivoted and became adept at reinventing myself and that has served me well.  My goal is to support your journey by helping you work through the obstacles that have you feeling stuck.  Nothing else fills me with more joy than to work with a client that is ready to move toward whatever their definition of success and wellbeing is. I have extensive experience in coaching, mediation, training, non-profit ventures, operations, analysis, writing and the arts,  but I realize that all this experience and knowledge is meant to be shared with others to help them find their way more quickly and it is my honor to offer my services to you.
